The hotel is very central, right on Wenceslas Square. The location is a great starting point for exploring. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered plenty of choices.

The hotel is accessed through a passage. This passage is about 100 meters long. The smart TV in the room was not connected to the Internet. It only had 11 channels. I found this disappointing.

The breakfast selection disappointed me. it was very limited, I think. the staff didn't engage much. They seemed miserable and avoided eye contact. such behavior is uncharacteristic of other hotels I have stayed at.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to main attractions since most were within walking distance i found the included breakfast buffet very satisfactory i found it convenient as it provided many options the staff helped us secure a taxi to the airport quickly the process was efficient

the hotel entrance is inside a shopping arcade i found navigating this a little inconvenient with luggage

the location was central (i really liked that). breakfast was also good.

The room felt outdated and needed a refurbishment. wooden flooring had gaps due to heat expansion, so it didn't feel very safe. the bathroom also seemed outdated. The shower hose leaked at the connection.
